We realize that healthcare has lost its personal touch and has become more of a business. Not so at Total Body Healthcare. Our staff is dedicated to making your visits to our office the highlight of your day. We host many special event days so that getting healthy is fun and exciting.
Dr. Ed believes in life long learning. Therefore every staff member is enrolled in continuing education courses and seminars. We are constantly looking for ways to improve your time spent in our office.

Mission Statement

"Our mission, through the use of our God given talents, is to educate as many people as possible about the lifestyle that is chiropractic. Our goal is to see that everyone is checked for vertebral subluxation and then corrected to allow them to live the healthiest life possible. Bridgette

Bridgette joined our staff in 2005. She is our front desk assistant and will gladly make an appointment for you, call on your insurance benefits and help you understand your insurance coverage. “My husband and I were practice members before I started working for Dr. Ed, and we just loved coming in for our adjustments. Now I get up everyday and look forward to going to work and being able to help people.”

Dr. Ed Thomas

Dr. Edward Thomas, III, “Dr. Ed” graduated from Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta, GA. He has been in private practice since 1998. Most memorable moment in practice: “I was asked to make a house call for a family that has been a part of my practice for years. The reason? They wanted me to adjust their 12-hour old son. It was a great honor.”

Trina

Trina has been on staff since 2003. She is Dr. Ed’s right hand. She assists Dr. Ed with exams, therapy and keeping the office flowing. “I have been working in the chiropractic profession for over 5 years now, and I have never seen a more compassionate doctor than Dr. Ed.”

Laurie

Laurie Pitchell, L.M.T. is our resident massage therapist. She graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Movement in 1998. “I really enjoy getting to know my clients. We always have fun and laugh together!”
